While I find this myth quite prevalent in the collective human consciousness, and while I believe that somebody's intentions when they're saying that to another human are very good, in other words, they come from a good place, from a place of trying to comfort someone, I find that this type of perspective actually enables and forces somebody or almost perpetuates these vicious cycles and these vicious loops because if the person never internalizes how their actions, or their energy, or their state, or their way of being has an impact and literally reverberates.
