On this episode, I share how I began speaking to professional and college teams, starting with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2007 which led me to speak to the Atlanta Falcons in 2008 and countless teams and Training Camps since.  

While visiting these Training Camps I learned a ton from the coaches. It was like a think tank where we shared and exchanged the best leadership, culture and team building strategies. I realized that not everyone can go to Training Camp and that’s why I decided to bring Training Camp to YOU.

Sean McVay will not only speak but also interview Kevin O’Connell which will be fun and dynamic. 

We will also learn from Super Bowl Champions Trent Dilfer and Trey Smith, Jay Glazer, Chaunte Lowe, Jordan Montgomery, Ben Newman, Molly Fletcher and Tim Timberlake. 

And the legends Mack Brown and Clint Hurdle will share what every leader needs to know to make an impact.
