1）大车拥车证比小车便宜？

新加坡2月第二轮拥车证公开投标结果显示，大型及豪华车组（B组）的拥车证价格比中小型汽车组（A组）便宜约1500元，这是近六年来首次出现这种情况。主要原因在于电动车的普及，许多热门电动车款属于A组，导致需求增加，推高了A组的价格。此外，政府调整特惠附加注册费（Preferential Additional Registration Fee，简称PARF）回扣政策，使得提前注销车辆所能获得的PARF回扣减少，也可能影响了B组的需求。

2）为何谷爱凌和刘美贤引起中美两国骂战？

在米兰冬季奥运会上，华裔运动员谷爱凌（Eileen Gu）和刘美贤（Alysa Liu）因选择代表不同国家参赛而引发中美两国的舆论风波。22岁的谷爱凌代表中国，拿下1金2银；20岁的刘美贤代表美国，获得团体和个人双金牌。在美国，一些网民和政客批评谷爱凌“背叛”美国，而在中国，刘美贤则被批评为“反华”。两位运动员的选择被放大解读，反映了当前中美关系的紧张局势。

3）日本猴宝宝爆红，新加坡人抢购同款玩偶？

最近，日本千叶县市川市动植物园的一只猕猴宝宝Punch在社交媒体上爆红。Punch因母亲不愿抚育而由动物园人工哺育，并与一只宜家的橙色红毛猩猩玩偶形影不离，这一画面让无数网友感动。Punch在融入猴群的过程中曾被排挤，但最终逐渐适应了群体生活。随着Punch走红，“替代妈妈”玩偶也受到全球买家追捧，新加坡、澳大利亚和美国等地的宜家门店纷纷售罄。原价19.9新元的玩偶在二手平台上溢价超过两倍，甚至在国外达到原价的15倍。

美国最高法院2月20日以6比3的投票结果，裁定美国总统特朗普依据《国际紧急经济权力法》实施的大多数关税措施，违反美国宪法，也超越了总统职权。

特朗普随后发言说，他对裁决感到失望，也为一些成员没有勇气为国家做对的决定，而感到彻底羞愧。

他随后签署政令，依据《1974年贸易法》第122条，将对世界各国进口商品征收10%进口税，为期150天。仅隔不到一天，特朗普又在社交媒体上宣布把关税提高到15%。
