George is back in town and the gang is back together! we start off by catching up with him before getting into an update on our post-season plans. this includes some talk of this year's Gala, as we keep the hype train rolling.

we then move into some real running stuff with a recap on the Brussels Diamond League. this is followed by the lowdown of our final week of racing for the season, with the Zurich Diamond League for Olli, followed by the 5th Ave Mile for George & a 3000m in Zagreb for Morgan.
