Realising it's officially a year since I began what is now my thriving coaching business, today I take you back to the beginning. 12 whole months ago!

To be fair, we never start our own business the day we 'open the doors'. We spend our whole lives readying ourselves for this moment (without any knowledge that we are doing so!).

Back to the topic of this episode and it's super juicy.

Inside, I take you through my journey, month by month and decision, by decision. I expose failures, mindset challenges and how I rose to them.

While I don't detail this fully in the episode some key points to share:
- I have invested $25,000 in coaching/courses in the past 12 months
- My audience has grown from 2,500 (total across platforms) to 11,000 (ish)
- My income is trending up, but it doesn't increase every month
- I still have melt down moments!
