Hi! Nice to meet you. My name is Kim Hynes.  I am a certified nutritionist, intuitive eating and midlife coach.  I am also the host of the Emotional Eats Podcast.

 

In this episode, I am interviewed by actor Janet Greer (also my good friend).  Janet and I share what to expect in upcoming episodes of the Emotional Eats Podcast.

 

I’m on a mission to show you that what you consume (not just food) affects you emotionally and physically. 

 

Janet and I talk about what intuitive eating means, why I love it for me, for my clients and for you, my listeners.  I share how it includes so much more of your life and lifestyle habits than just food.

 

I also share my personal story with disordered eating and using food for comfort, how I hid it and what helped me overcome it.

 

Janet and I have a conversation around how other aspects in our lives contribute or make things more challenging in our health journey like stress, mental health, relationships, spirituality, menopause, sleep and connections.

 

I also explain my philosophy about nourishing your entire life, not just your body with food in order to feel your best.  I also want to help you reframe and rewire the old diet mentality that makes you feel like you are not good enough.

 

I’m really excited to share health and wellness information and my expert guests with you.
