Meet Today’s Experts

Dr. Harita Raja is a board-certified reproductive psychiatrist and the founder of Bethesda Women’s Mental Health. She specializes in helping women navigate psychiatric challenges before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as hormonal transitions from menstruation through menopause. Dr. Raja earned her medical degree at Albany Medical College, completed her residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (where she also served as chief resident), and continues to teach as a clinical instructor in Georgetown’s Psychiatry Department. She is passionate about compassionate, holistic care and works closely with patients, loved ones, and providers to tailor treatment plans while advocating for women’s mental health awareness. 

Dr. Heather Quaile, DNP, WHNP-BC, AFN-C, CSC, IF is the founder and clinical director of The SHOW Center, specializing in integrative gynecology, women’s sexual health, and trauma-informed care. With over 20 years of experience, she is board certified in women’s health and works as a forensic nurse, AASECT-certified sex counselor, and sexual assault nurse examiner. Her work spans menopause, pelvic health, sexuality after cancer or childbirth, and caring for survivors of human trafficking. Dr. Quaile holds degrees in psychology and nursing from Loyola University (MD), University of Central Oklahoma, Vanderbilt University, and Chatham University. {source: The SHOW Center}

With more than 30 years of clinical experience, she specializes in helping individuals and couples improve their sexual and emotional well-being. She is the author of two acclaimed books—A Tired Woman’s Guide to Passionate Sex and Becoming Cliterate: Why Orgasm Equality Matters and How to Get It. A TEDx speaker with millions of views and over 50 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Mintz is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and was named to Forbes' “50 Over 50” list in 2023.

Dr. Suzette E. Johnson, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and assistant professor at the University of Florida’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with over 20–30 years of clinical experience. After earning her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completing her OB/GYN residency at Robert Wood Johnson and St. Peter’s University Hospitals, she spent 18 years in private practice and served as a clinical instructor at Drexel and as an attending physician at Kaiser Permanente in Fresno. Dr. Johnson is affiliated with Morristown Medical Center in Martinsville, NJ, where she is recognized for providing compassionate, comprehensive care.

Dr. Sara Reardon, PT, DPT, WCS, BCB-PMD, known as The Vagina Whisperer, is a nationally recognized pelvic floor physical therapist, author, and women’s health advocate based in New Orleans. With over 17 years of experience, she specializes in treating pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Dr. Reardon is the founder of NOLA Pelvic Health, the city’s first clinic dedicated to pelvic health, and The Vagina Whisperer, an online platform offering pelvic floor education to a global audience. A faculty member at the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, her first book, Floored: A Woman’s Guide to Pelvic Floor Health at Every Age and Stage, releases in June 2025.

Dr. Kelly Casperson, MD, is a board-certified urologic surgeon, author, and host of the acclaimed podcast You Are Not Broken. Based in Bellingham, Washington, she specializes in women's sexual health and midlife wellness, blending medical expertise with certifications from The Life Coach School and the North American Menopause Society. Through her podcast, book, and online courses, Dr. Casperson empowers women to understand their bodies, debunk myths about desire, and embrace fulfilling intimate lives.
