Steph Gaudreau is a certified sports nutritionist, USA Weightlifting coach, and strength expert dedicated to helping athletic women over 40 fuel smarter, build muscle, and increase energy. With a background in biology and human physiology, Steph combines science-backed strategies with a fierce-love approach to strength and wellness.
