Today I got to hit record with another amazing mental performance coach and friend of mine, Colin Henderson. He is a mindset coach with Limitless Minds founded by Trevor Moawad, Russell Wilson, Harry Wilson, and DJ Edison. He is also currently working with UCLA Women's Basketball and he cares so much about the mission of growing awareness to train the mental game. He has authored nine books, has his own podcast, and he owns Master Your Mindset. 

Colin shares how mental skills are being translated in the workforce with his corporate clients and teams. He gives us amazing insight into studying parent roles of top performing athletes, like Mike trout and Kobe Bryant. What to focus on after a game, as a parent. He even shares the secret that has allowed Norway to dominate the winter Olympics!
