In this episode, I share my personal encounter with anxiety. Before my book Break the Norms launched, I was panicking. The book hadn't even been published and I already felt like a failure. I was worried about disappointing my father, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and Deepak Chopra, who had all contributed to my book in a beautiful way.
I felt like I had no control, and I experienced the haunting feeling of anxiety for the first time in my life. It hit when I was having lunch, and I foggily recall gripping my chair tightly, thinking I was going to faint. It was getting worse!
In the episode, I talk about how anxiety could makes us feel immensely shattered within but there's always a way out. Listen to the episode for some practical advice on anxiety and cultivating gratitude within.
