Lena Stubner 'Had it all'. She was a famous TV Presenter in Sweden who had plenty of money, celebrity friends, designer clothes, was recognised and admired by many and she gave it all up for a far more simplistic life.

Now living in a surf hostel at the South of France, Lena talks to us about why she has never been happier, healthier or more fulfilled in life.

In this episode we find out why this former Television Presenter abandoned her high flying city life filled with fame and fortune to live in far more simplistic and peaceful surroundings, how she has now removed the television from her home and how too much consumption of TV and the internet can have a real negative impact on our daily emotional state.

She also discusses her first hand experience of how the media can manipulate our views on certain global topics and why watching the news can have a huge impact on the decisions we make. And she talks about the importance of why she surfs everyday and the positive impact the outdoors and reconnecting with nature has on our health.

Lena reinforces the message of why it is so important to find a way to exercise that you are passionate about so you will keep being excited to do it again and again. She talks about being Vegan and how Lena cured her back and shoulder pains in just one month of changing to a plant based diet after 10 years of being in serious pain. The pressure we put on ourselves to try and look a certain way and fit into society. And she also talks about being a parent and how she tries to bring her daughter up to have the happiest, healthiest and most fulfilled life possible.

This episode literally changed out life for the better. Meeting this inspiring and amazing woman was a memory we'll never forget and we're so excited to now share it with you.
