Comparison is the thief of joy!

On today's episode of the Queen of Pep Talks podcast, I'm sharing real talk about comparison and how important it is that you protect your energy and truly make the effort to stop comparing your life to what you see on social media.  Comparison will literally rob you of happiness.  It's incredibly important that you remember what others share with you is very small percentage of what their lives actually look like.  We're also chatting about setting goals in 2020, quick fixes versus sustainability and you guessed it, how crucial it is to create lifestyle changes if you not only what to achieve goal, but also maintain your results.
