Pete Rubish is a former powerlifter whose best lifts were 772 lbs on squat, 485 lbs on bench, and 920 lbs on deadlift. He used anabolic steroids for 9 years and transitioned off over 2 years ago. He has recently started long-distance running and training for marathons.


In this episode, we talk about Pete's journey into powerlifting, using steroids for 9 years, transitioning off of steroids to become healthier, getting into running, his crazy diet, and much more.
