Paul Stafford is a running coach and former D1 NCAA Track & Field and Cross Country runner. He holds personal bests of 4:14 in the Mile and 13:56 in the 5K. He is also the founder of Blue Collar Endurance Training.
Pierce Showe is a running coach and endurance athlete. He is the youngest man to complete the Triple Crown of 200-mile races--a running race series comprised of Tahoe 200, Bigfoot 200, and Moab 240. He recently ran a 2:51 marathon at the 2024 Jersey City Marathon.
Nik Golymbiowsky is an ultra marathon runner and running coach. In March 2024, he ran the Speed Project Solo, a 300-mile ultra marathon through Death Valley from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
Kallup McCoy is a recovered drug addict and now 2:40 marathon runner, ultramarathon runner, running coach, and co-founder of RezHOPE--a non-profit organization that supports people in recovery from substance use disorders.
This is one of the most moving and inspirational episodes I've recorded so far. In this episode, we talk about Kallup's 20-year battle with drug addiction, overdosing six times, dying multiple times, considering suicide, spending time in jail, losing loved ones to drug addiction, finding running as a savior, finding God, running his first marathons & triathlons, running over 1,000 miles from North Carolina to Oklahoma on the Trail of Tears, how to find purpose in life, and so much more.
