Instagram can be a bug bear with the shift to favoring video content and reels, and the fact that Instagram seems to be ever-changing. Jade addresses this overwhelm and encourages artists like you to pop yourself in the driver’s seat and decide whether or not Instagram is the place for you.

If you do choose to give Instagram a go, Jade recommends using all 5 surfaces - the feed, stories, reels, DMs and lives. Like an entire world to discover, Jade suggests exploring one surface at a time. She shares that the least used surfaces are lives and also DMs, which means that they offer you the most opportunity for growth.
