The 4 Ways of Spending Money
1. You can spend money on yourself. In which, quality AND quantity are important to you.
2. You can spend your money on someone else, as in giving a gift. You'll be very cautious of the quantity you spend, however. But not so much on the quality, because it won't affect you.
3. Spending someone else's money on yourself. As in, a parent giving a child money to buy something in a store. You don't care too much about the quality, because it's not your money. You do care that you get to spend as much as was given to you (most likely).
4. Spending someone else's money on someone else... In essence, this is government spending taxpayer's money on themselves and government programs, such as welfare.
