It's not about the destination.

On today's episode of the Queen of Pep Talks Podcast I'm chatting about destination addiction.  I want you to not only be aware of it, but also, beware of it. We must let go of the idea that happiness, joy and fulfillment are awaiting us around the corner.  I want you to let go of the idea that you only get to be happy when you achieve the next goal, or acquire the next thing.  What you're seeking, it's already inside you.
