In this episode, I share a personal story from my college years - a time in which I experienced a roller coaster of emotions and developed a stronger sense of self.
I explain why I believe we must, more than anything, practice self-compassion and love ourselves - as opposed to depending on external validation to make us feel worthy.
Over time, I've learned to appreciate my strengths and make use of them, instead of dwelling on what I "lack." From doing so, I've been much happier.
If there's one thing you take away from this episode, I hope it's the reminder that:
You are worthy.
