The World Cross Country Championship was held on a tough course in Aarhus, Denmark and victory was taken out by Joshua Cheptegi of Uganda and Hellen Obiri of Kenya. The Men’s team featured Brett Robinson coming in at 30th, a surprise performance from Matt Ramsden in 39th, while Melissa Duncan came 26th in women’s race. The Australian Men’s team placed 8th while the Women’s team placed 5th.
