085: Creating a COMPELLING VISION that will help you stay the course when you're starting and/or building a successful Coaching and Speaking business!
IN THIS EPISODE: We're talking about creating a COMPELLING VISION as your starting and/or building your coaching and speaking business!
It can include some lofty and BIG goals and dreams... but a COMPELLING VISION can also include some super important... (but also wildly simple) ideas.
For example... for me... I decided a part of my COMPELLING VISION for my early coaching and speaking business... was being home... most nights... when our boys got done with school. That was super simple but important. (It also was WILDLY different than what I was experiencing in my "Bad Fit" pharma job!)
So... I started to set a course (and grow a business) where that could happen!
We're spending a little time this week breaking these concepts down... and I sure hope you join us!
