On today’s episode, Greg and Brian are discussing some recent, as well as some historical examples of how and when the 1st Amendment of the Constitution applies in certain situations. 

We specifically talk about the recent story of a Louisville Police Officer who was forced to resign after an internal police department email was leaked and we compare that case to some other recent events that we’ve seen.

This discussion was recorded not long after Greg and Brian hosted a webinar focused on private corporations getting involved in social movements and the potential liability that goes along with it.
