Long and short of it. I got sick. I am pretty sure 99.99999% it was caused from internalising something I should have been talking about. What that thing was(is), is not the issue. The issue is: I did not talk about it, see the warning signs, notice the lack of sleep, bad food, poor exercise, worse communication. I paiod lip service to the important things. The meditation The sleep The journalling The work, all the stuff that makes a difference. But i have a good relationship with my body. It said "see you Ross, I have been trying to tell you for weeks now to take a step back, re-engage, listen to your body, but you ignored me. So now I am going to screw you for 12 hours really bad, 2 days pretty bad and then just 5 more days of annoying sickness. It worked, I am back, almost 100% Find out what went on! Have an awesome day
