Jen Gillies Pemberton of ANTZ UK & ANTZ JUNCTION is a Founder, CEO, Leader, Mother, Role Model & Social Change advocate. 

She champions the voice for aspiring women and those who identify as neuro-diverse.

Jen details how she overcame adversity in her upbringing. Identifying as socio-economically disadvantaged, suffering from dyslexia and surviving domestic abuse she turned the tables when theoretically the odds were stacked against her.

Her mission statement, and legacy, is a construct of her mantra: PURPOSE before PROFIT.

She won't quit until CSR is embedded in the core principles of every organisation. Her dream climate, "doing good" would be unrecognisably normal like the taste of our own mouths.
