I began listening to podcasts years ago, and I find them to be a wealth of information. In my opinion, Entrepreneurs on Fire tops them all when it comes to business. Creator and host John Lee Dumas has indirectly been a significant mentor to me.

John Lee Dumas (JLD to his Fire Nation followers) visits with successful business leaders across all industries. His episodes have to led me to many incredible books and resources. His book entitled The Common Path to Uncommon Success lays out the the knowledge he's gained and used from interviewing thousands of the world's most successful people. In fact, his book is the modern day version of Napoleon Hill's classic book Think and Grow Rich.
