Yep, that’s right, you read that title correctly - $100,000.00 per month at age 29. He has $50 Million in assets under management and he’s done this with only two employees. This is a massive goal and one that generally takes decades of work to achieve. Our guest today however has reached this landmark in a cool 3 year timeframe. What an investing animal!

This incredible guest and human being we have on today is the one and only Matt Onofrio.

Like so many of us, Matt was set on the career path. Not only that, he had spent over a decade in school to achieve that career. This was no factor as Matt began talking to various mentors who were real estate investors. Seeing and understanding the power that can be tapped through real estate investing, Matt began to look seriously at real estate.

I’m not even going to try and convey to you how much value there is in today’s episode. I will say though, we talk about Matt’s story, what he’s doing, and just how he’s built such an impressive portfolio over such a short period of time.
