I’ve been quietly battling PMDD for two years (since getting off hormonal birth control) and it has been one of the most excruciating journeys. After opening up about it on social media, I realized there are so many women who are struggling with this and I wanted to bring attention to it so that you (and I) can feel less alone, learn more about how to support yourself during your PMDD and how partners can be as supportive as possible.

I recorded this episode whilst in my PMDD week, and so my energy is noticeably different, please note that this is exactly what it feels/sounds like to be going through PMDD. You don’t feel like yourself, you don’t care about anything.
