On April 19, 2012 Hope's life was changed forever when she came home to find that her husband Claude had taken his own life. 

In today's interview, she walks us through her life with her husband leading up to his passing and then how her life has been evolving since then. 

She talks about:

~ feeling helpless

~ feeling relief after he passed away because he was no longer suffering

~ coping with trauma

~ harnessing the power of grief as a catalyst for awakening and transformation
