Her decision to pursue a career in psychology was fuelled by her desire to embark on a career that would up-skill her in the area of mental health, psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy. Harriet’s career aspiration is to up-skill and support her clients and patients in enhancing their self-efficacy, self-confidence, and self-compassion by providing them with evidenced-based tools to effectively manage their behaviours, cognitions, and emotions.
