On today’s episode we are addressing some of the major issues we see with current police training and how it often lacks the critical elements that are necessary to mitigate a catastrophic event.
Although we reiterate it several times throughout the episode, we want to make it very clear that we are not AGAINST the type of training that we reference in the episode, we are merely saying that it doesn’t help prevent the situations that we continue to see every day.
"At bang" training has its place but if all you’re doing is training muscle memory then you’re not engaging in critical thinking.
