I turned 24 this week & have been reflecting on what I've learned in my 23rd year of life - one lesson has been to stop taking things personally.

Why waste energy on the opinions of someone who most likely doesn't even know you?

Be open to feedback & growth, but don't let the comments or actions of others affect you more than they should.

Trust me - most of the time, it's not even personal.
