She graduated with a First Class degree in Biochemistry, and went on to complete a Masters in Nutrition with Distinction. She is the brains behind the ‘Plantbased Pixie’ blog and social media accounts, and is dedicated to promoting a fad-free healthy lifestyle supported by evidence-based science. Her first book, The Wellness Rebel, will be published Spring 2018.
