Before his stint at TriNet, Barrett worked as a private equity analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners. The finance world wasn't scratching the itch, though, so he decided that he just had to be in sales. He had to be an operator. So Barrett moved to TravelClick where he became President of the Americas and ultimately found his way to an incredible career at IBM before moving on to TriNet.
