Goals are great. Plans are useful. What about when you carefully choose a goal and follow a plan and just seem to keep missing? The important ingredient missing from a standard training plan is to continue building and fostering belief. Without belief in the possibility of the result, you will never commit to the work needed to achieve the result. Are you doing something to sabotage your own success?
