Welcome to my debrief of the PAC members LIVE event! During the event, we discussed various topics related to user research and how to effectively evaluate user feedback. We also compiled a document containing different user research methods.

One of the key takeaways from the event was the importance of understanding user needs. We talked about how to design and implement projects that address those needs and how to analyze data and interpret results to inform future decision-making.

I was particularly excited about the session on winning new clients. We had a panel of practice owners share their experiences and insights on how they were able to attract new business. It was great to hear about the successes they had using the power positioning course and how they were able to find their niche.

We also talked about pricing and re-pricing strategies for existing clients. This is an area where many accountants struggle, but we heard from members who had gone through the process and increased their revenue by £80,000 to £100,000 using the gap analysis approach.

Finally, we discussed how to attract and retain the best talent for our teams. This session was particularly valuable for me, as a practice owner, and I appreciated hearing from other members who had successfully scaled their businesses and shared their experiences on how to structure their teams.

Overall, it was a fantastic event that provided a lot of value and inspiration for me and other members. I'm looking forward to implementing some of the strategies and techniques I learned and can't wait for the next event!
