While she currently sells for two companies, Norwex and Thirty-One, I help her figure out where to start. I also ask hard questions for her to really determine what she wants and needs. I even asked her if she thought she should be doing direct sales because sometimes a side gig is meant to last for a season and not for forever. Don't be so busy going through the motion that you ignore it. 

I talk a little about the Mega Party, where you book all the parties for a month at once and have the script ready to go. I also share my booking parties strategy that eliminates a lot of the endless back-and-forth messaging and helps you build a solid calendar full of bookings.
