With all the excitement of a new baby coming into the world sometimes we forget about the mother that is actually growing this whole new human being!

As a mother it is physically tiring, we are going through a lot of changes, and it is hard on our bodies, feet, and mind. So don't forget to show the mamas a little extra love too, not just their bellies!
