Lou is an LA native with a truly unique story. He tells the guys about growing up in a loving, supportive family that tried to help him be healthy while they all struggled with their own health. Lou gets candid about rebelling with food and how learning to cook was initially bad for his him. He is in a great place now but it was interesting road getting there involving a very weird sport, P90x, a great workout buddy and the same playlist for years. You gotta listen to this one dudes!
