About a month ago, I shared some stories about some of the things I was seeing circulated (particularly in the manifestation and personal development space) about money. Posts saying things like money is an extension of the divine, that it would exist even if humans didn’t exist, money is energy etc. Now, I don’t disagree that our energy when it comes to money is important. However, money is a resource. It is NOT just energy. And as part of this conversation, my friend Mandy (who is a nervous system practitioner and somatic coach) sent me a message and shared so much incredible feedback about the nervous system and how our relationship with our first primary caregiver has a huge impact on our money beliefs and patterns later in life.
