On this episode, the boys had on special guest Haftu Knight. Haftu trains with Jeff Cunningham’s Bat City Team in Austin, TX and just dropped a NUCLEAR 2:09 marathon at McKirdy! He started the race aiming for 2:12 but his competitiveness took over and he decided to go with the lead pack!

We got all the insight on Haftu’s training leading into the race and he also let us know what the future is looking like as he is now looking at going pro!
