Today we are talking about the myths and realities of body language.

Although body language, or “Kinesics” as we call it, is something that we teach in our courses it is not something that should be used on its own. Meaning, just like any other human behavior observation, it all depends on the context!

In the episode we talk about some of the “parlor tricks” that we see people teaching  and why you should stay away from those and we also give examples of what you can and cannot prove based on the body language you’re observing. 

We also give you a better lexicon to describe some basic body language signals and why you should stay away from words like pre-attack indicators and some of the other examples we give.
