In this tool you pick 72 hours that are your most regular schedule and commit to writing down what you do in 15 minute increments. Fill the time you wake up until the time you go to bed.

First we have the client fill out what they want to get from the exercise. This time audit will show them exactly how they spend their time and the reflection of this creates actual data to find a solution.
