Like many, when I would think of grief, I would associate it with negative change, such as death or losing a relationship we wanted to continue. In this episode, I specifically talk about grief related to positive change.
I give some examples and share some personal experiences of how we can miss what is not good for us. If you are grieving a toxic relationship, a bad situation, a harmful job, or any situation that negatively affected your well-being, there is nothing wrong with you. It is valid to grieve and feel the way you do, no matter what the situation is.
