There is Work Worth Doing, and maybe work that is not as important. As we are on the brink of 2024, what we originally thought our goals should be, might not be the goal that helps us achieve the most growth and change. The work worth doing might not be hitting the gym hard to achieve your weight loss goals, but rather deciding to stay home once in awhile and not workout. Real growth takes examining those well worn pathways in your brain.

Our brains love PATTERNS, even if they don't serve us very well. So, sometimes taking a look at the patterns that our lower brain defaults to can be crucial. We can focus on changing that pattern to something that will actually serve you.

Everyone's work worth doing is going to be different. So don't compare yourself to anyone else. We are all infinitely different and therefore will all have our own and different work to work on.
