Through navigating these feelings in my own life, I realized there were three problems that get us in this mindset. 

In today's episode, I present these three problems or "stories we're telling ourselves" and suggest new narratives to replace them and move past this mindset.

3. "finding" an elusive "calling or purpose" vs. finding purpose right where you're at.
