Stylist freedom sounds awesome, especially for salon owners who built up their clientele during the 90s and early 2000s.
After giving stylist freedom a true go for over a year in my commission salon, I found it did more harm than good. That being said, I no longer offer full-on stylist freedom to my team.
Removing this "benefit" for my team wasn't easy, but the way I did it resulted in not one stylist quitting. In fact, my stylists are busier than ever after this switch.
To learn exactly how I reversed stylist freedom & to receive supporting PDFs on this topic, be sure to subscribe to The Elevate Insider.
