This is the best year the business has ever had, and I wanted to talk about what I attribute that success to and why I think it's working so well. (We are up 158% year over year.)

People get excited when the revenue increases, but we're taking a sober approach to sustaining the growth.

If I have money in the business, I'm deciding who we're hiring, how we're working, what our agreements are, and the difference that we're making in the world.

When I teach women about business, I always say your business is soup. There are lots of ingredients going in. What's important is that you understand what each ingredient does when you put it in or when you take it out.

For Team Sarah, the shift happened during the pandemic when everything shut down. I thought: You know what? I'm just going to show up. And that's how Coffee With Coach was created. I was really excited to step into that opportunity and provide as much support as I could.

From there, we launched a YouTube channel and started adding more and more members to the team.

All those things are investments. I'm not editing those videos. I'm not editing this podcast, and I'm not pitching myself. Those were all investments that the business is making to spread what we're doing here at Team Sarah.
