“How do I actually make decisions with my Human Design?!?!”

“What if I can’t feel my authority speaking to me?”

“Why did it not work out when I made a decision based on what my authority said?”

I hear these questions over and over again from so many of you in so many ways. So today we’re getting into it all!

I know it can be frustrating to know what your authority is (splenic, emotional, lunar, etc.) but not feel it. And it can be confusing to try and listen to your body if you're not used to trusting it.

So that’s where we start. With feeling Human Design in the body instead of keeping all the information and learning locked up in the mind.

I’m talking about:

• reframing Human Design as a repatterning practice for trust, not necessarily a decision-making system
• questions to ask yourself when connecting with your authority to become more regulated and aware
• realizing that making the decision based on your authority doesn’t automatically mean you’re done, and how to let yourself recalibrate
• working on saying yes slower, even if you have sacral authority

And — most importantly — why this all TAKES TIME! Even after five years into this experiment, I still fall into the trap of trying to force decisions or clarity, or keep asking my Human Design to decide for me instead of letting it teach me how to listen.

So I’m here with you for all of this, because it is a lifelong process.

Today is so special — it truly feels like a full circle moment to have the one and only Amber Lilyestrom here with me.

Her original podcast was a lifeline for me years ago when I began my personal development journey, and it’s how, in a way, I learned about Human Design. And now she's on MY podcast, and it feels so right!

Today we’re getting a little vulnerable and I’m grabbing the tissues, because one of the members of The Magnetic Rebellion is here to talk about their journey.

I’m grateful to have an open and honest conversation with Wynter Chapman, a 3/5 Sacral Manifesting Generator and Scorpio sun / Libra moon / Libra rising.

Apart from how our love of tea (yes, like tea bags and brewing tea) was the spark for our initial connection, she’s giving us the tea on everything she’s learned and experienced within The Magnetic Rebellion and how it’s shaped her as a spiritually curious human.

We’re diving into her impostor syndrome, her work with people-pleasing, and her disenchantment with the inauthenticity of the corporate world, and how she has shifted and reclaimed herself in all of these spaces.

We’re also talking about:

• a moment that cracked her open in a way she didn't expect, and how she looks back on it now and sees the growth through her vulnerability
• the freedom she’s experienced in a smaller community like The Magnetic Rebellion and the ways the members can both hold space for others and speak their mind
• how she's approaching her energy levels and prioritizing her energy with a new mindset
• her trust when listening to her sacral: "if my gut says yes, do it, even if I'm terrified"

OK, boo, I know you want me to talk about everything there is to know about Human Design. So this year, I’m going to give you more of that — but with a new perspective.

And the spin on it is that I want to get playful with all I’m doing and teaching! We’re not just going to educate, we’re going to have FUN with this.

So have your chart handy, because in this episode, I’m sharing five of the indicators I notice in a Human Design chart that someone might have psychic or intuitive abilities.

These include:

• having a defined spleen or G center, and how being more aware of these can help you trust your inner knowing even if it feels illogical
• having an open solar plexus or ajna center, and why having open centers in general can make you a more intuitive, future-seeing person
• having the extremely sensitive energy gate 57 in your chart, and how it brings clarity
• and more!

Remember, every one of us has intuitive abilities in some form. We are all wired differently, so we perceive things differently, but when you’re open to the intuitive world, that’s when the magic starts to happen and your awareness grows.

And if you’re new to Human Design and some of these terms don’t make sense to you, don’t worry! I break it down here so everyone can get more familiar with what they’re seeing in their own charts.

Oh, friends, this is my one of favorite kinds of conversation, with the potential for so much healing in partnerships of all types.

Today we’re getting a download of knowledge from Lora Cheadle, a former attorney turned betrayal recovery coach, channeler, author, and a 4/6 Generator and Aquarius sun / Cancer moon / Leo rising.

Lora shares her personal betrayal story with us, and how it unlocked her deep rage and grief and transformed them into her gift of helping others in ways she didn’t have during her experience.

She’s also incredibly insightful when it comes to masculine / feminine polarity, one of my most favorite subjects these days, so we’re digging into how that plays out in relationships on all kinds of levels.

And we’re diving into:

• betrayal as a mirror for the parts of yourself you’re betraying or pushing down, especially for moms who fall into patterns of self-sacrifice or overfunctioning
• how Lora brings a spiritual connection into her healing sessions, and why it's so important to heal for the collective and for your ancestors
• Lora’s acronym FLAUNT to help you go beyond broken and hurting and come back home to who you are (and how each piece relates to our Human Design energy centers)
• the gift of sacred rage and how we can understand and allow ourselves to feel our anger to fuel our next level of healing

Remember that any profound emotional experience can uncover so much about ourselves. If you’ve been on the receiving end of infidelity, you might be triggered by some of Lora’s perspectives, but I urge you to sit with the discomfort when you're ready, because there's a lot to be learned through the work she talks about.

Welcome to my first live podcast recording with The Magnetic Rebellion!

This is an extension of something we do often in the community: hot-seat sessions where anyone can ask questions or bring up a topic, and we get to dive into whatever is on our members' minds.

And in this session, one of our members has stepped up to the plate with her four kids' charts and a whole bunch of questions to unpack about how she can better connect with and support them.

It was so cool to experience with her in real time and feel the community support — which is really the theme here.

We’re talking about:

• how do you parent strong children in a way that honors who they're supposed to be?
• how children are mirrors for something that we need to work on inside ourselves
• dealing with sibling dynamics and power struggles, and helping kids regulate their feelings and find emotional boundaries
• actually talking to your kids about Human Design and showing them the parts of their chart that make them who they are

It’s really beautiful to hear how Human Design has helped our members understand their kids more fully, and help them accept themselves too.

Today you’ll be hearing something different on the podcast: I'm channeling messages from source/the universe/God/whatever, something I typically do with clients or in group sessions, and sharing the messages I receive about the energy of 2026.

This is a way to help you feel like you’re along for the ride this year, because 2025 was A LOT. Even for me, who knew going into it that last year was going to be a rough one — and holy moly, it was my toughest year in so many ways! But because I understood what was happening, I found ways to navigate it.

So if 2025 was a year of letting go, 2026 continues the energy of stripping out, shedding, and feeling the completion of that cycle from the year of the snake. And trust me, this year is going to be like pole vaulting! (You’ll understand… stick with me here.)

This year's energetic themes include:

• fast! how the year of the horse is going to give us more opportunities and how we can be outgrowing people, careers, and situations faster this year
• playful! why it’s so important to find ways to return to your playful innocence and help balance the fast pace and hustle of the horse year
• community! why it’s crucial to find a supportive, nurturing community, even if it’s just three trusted people you can lean on
• boundaries! looking out for boundary blind spots this year, and where they might come from self-sacrificing around people you love most

All of this is preparing us for 2027, which is a big year in Human Design, because it’s when we’ll feel the climax of a major collective energy shift towards emotional intelligence.
