• going back to basics: leaning into the rituals and routines in our lives to help anchor and ground us when everything is chaos

• our experiences in discovering our own spirit guides and learning to trust them, and ways to help discern who your guides might be

I’m back with another mini-episode recorded from my car, where I always get so many juicy ideas and tidbits I want to share with you. So why wait??

I was inspired by a chart reading I just gave to a client that reminded me of a struggle we all face: how to trust the universe / God / source when you receive all the signs that something great is going to happen… and it falls through.

How do you maintain your sense of self-worth and continue to trust that your dream job or opportunity or whatever is out there, and that what comes to you next is going to be BETTER than the thing you didn't get?

That’s what happened to the client I was reading for, and it really hammered home that this IS the energetics process. 

This is the way it tends to go when we open ourselves up to the understanding that there's something bigger out there, and start to work with these energies to start healing.

Quick note: This is the first time I've ever re-broadcast an episode from my archive, but hey, there's a first time for everything! I felt really compelled by spirit to share this one from June 2023, because it's still the way I operate when I'm struggling to reach clarity around a decision.

In this episode, I’m sharing a story about an opportunity came to me — one that would be a biiiig investment on my part, both from a financial and a time commitment perspective. But it had the potential of a big return. And I just. could. not. get a clear answer within me on what to do.

Remember, I'm a 4/6 Manifesting Generator with emotional authority! I’m always moving through the highs and lows of my feelings, waiting for that emotional clarity.

But this decision was taking its sweet time coming to me. For more than a week, I was going back and forth between yes and no depending on the space I was in and feeling so freaking impatient to figure it out.

Then I realized that my biases and limiting beliefs were getting in my own way. I was waiting for someone (AKA The Universe) to give me an answer because I couldn’t trust myself.

So I leaned into my 4 line energy and connected with a friend. She showed me that there are so many tools in the toolbox — not just Human Design — that can help me find clarity!

And that’s why this is so important and useful for everyone struggling to get clear on their decision-making, not just those of us with emotional authority.

Buckle in, beauties! We’ve got another transmission from the car, where I always get so many juicy ideas and tidbits I want to share with you. So why wait??

This episode was recorded in the car with my dog, right after I participated in one of my mastermind group calls while taking a walk with her.

One woman in the group is really going through it right now. She can't get excited, she’s feeling really low about pretty much everything in her business. . . and this got me thinking of how our sacral can turn on and off — even if we're generator types who in theory should have constant access to this energy.

Our connection to the sacral can be affected by so many things: anxiety, depression, all the things that keep us in a state of nervous system dysregulation.

So. What can we do when we're in this low state? How do we get back to hearing our sacral response again?

In today’s car conversation, I'm sharing my three go-to practices that I personally use to help turn my sacral back on when I get depleted.

They're methods I use pretty much every day in some form to help maintain that sacral connection. These are things I also do when I'm creatively inspired to help zhuzh the energy too and shake it up a bit.

If you're not connecting with the usual Human Design advice of "listen to your sacral" or "what's your sacral telling you?" — if you’re like “I HEAR NOTHING RIGHT NOW” — then here’s your reminder from the universe.

Welcome to the first episode in a new series here on the No BS Human Design Podcast!

Because I'm a Manifesting Generator, everything I know about the other four energy types in Human Design is learned secondhand — through my studies and through what people with those types tell me they're experiencing — but I can never experience it myself, in my own body.

So today I'm joined by three beautiful women who are all Projectors who all know Human Design and who all feel deeply aligned with their energy type. They are:

• Stephanie Audette Connor, a 1/3 Self-Projected Projector and Pisces sun / Leo moon / Scorpio rising
• Katya Stepanov, a 5/1 Mental Projector and Leo sun / Taurus moon / Libra rising, plus a Virgo stellium!
• Jess Marie, a 1/3 Emotional Projector and Taurus sun and moon / Scorpio rising

We're diving into what it means for each of them to BE a Projector, what resonates with them, and how they live each day in alignment with their energy type.

Stuff like:

• what "being invited" feels like to a Projector and how they differentiate a true invitation from all the chatter by feeling genuine interest and recognition from others
• knowing things in the moment and then waiting — sometimes for years — for the invitation to present itself, like how Jess met her life partner and how Katya met the two co-founders of her company
• building the trust muscle on waiting for the invitation: learning through experiences of sharing information and advice not being received or taken, but also via confirmation bias from the universe
• supporting themselves as Projectors by recognizing when they’re overworking and veering into burnout territory, and taking time for rest

Wouldn’t it be incredible if you could get rid of your constant self-sabotaging thought loops — the inner voices that tell you “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never be able to save money” or “go eat that bag of chips in the pantry” — and forget they even existed?

That’s exactly what Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is designed to do, and let me tell you, it works!

Last fall, I did two RRT sessions with Heather Fox, founder of She Is Fox and a Trauma-Informed Certified Akashic Records Practitioner and Intuition Guide, as well as a 1/3 Mental Projector and Scorpio sun / Libra moon / Pisces rising.

I’ve tried so many modalities for clearing and healing trauma, and even I was amazed the immediate effects of RRT. So today I’m talking with Heather about my experience as a client and how our sessions cleared up a whole lot of my deep-seated anxiety and impatience, and so much more!

Real quick: RRT rewires the way our minds process past experiences by shifting our perspective away from the emotional response to the event. It breaks up the data in those obsessive thought loops and preoccupations to move the event or habit into long-term memory

And to be clear, RRT is not hypnosis! It’s more of a meditative state of awareness that lets your brain and nervous system relax.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

• how RRT removes the emotional charge around memories and stories of traumatic events to neutralize them
• the correlation between healing the energy of the mind and healing inflammation in the body, and the ripple effect of clearing these mind loops on our sense of identity
• unlinking the mental connection sensation and identity, i.e., I feel crappy so I AM crappy
• how RRT can be applied to belief systems and moralistic thinking ingrained from childhood, like the “be a good girl” mentality

Hello beautiful souls! It’s been a minute since I added to my series on defined vs. undefined centers here, but don’t worry, I didn’t forget about it.

Today, we’re focusing on the ajna center. If you’re looking on your Human Design chart, it’s the second center from the top of the bodygraph — the triangle that points downward. As always, if the center is colored in on the chart, it’s defined, and if not, it’s undefined.

The ajna is the center for opinions and insights, and how we conceptualize information. I have a completely open ajna so even trying to conceptualize it makes me want to implode sometimes!

Soooo, because I love learning through lived experience, I brought in my friend Lisa Anderson Shaffer to to talk about her defined ajna and how her experience differs from mine. Lisa is a mentor and human design guide, 6/3 Manifesting Generator, and Aquarius sun / Taurus moon / Capricorn rising.

In this episode, we’re getting into:

• how Lisa feels like her defined ajna gives her the power to put information together at super-speed and connect the dots between concepts
• and how she tries to redirect her mental energy like a "hamster on a wheel" instead of getting caught up in thought loops and anxiety
• the 23-43 “genius to freak” channel and how it benefits the ajna to wait for that invitation before speaking your mind — even as an MG — so opinions and solutions will land better
• the difference between a defined and undefined ajna when reading energy, channelling, and claircognizance
