We delve into thoughts on love, sharing some personal insights along the way. In this episode, we challenge the common notion of love as an action. Instead we propose that love is, in fact, a feeling. One that we create within ourselves through our thoughts.

Drawing on the self-coaching model, we focus on remembering that thoughts lead to feelings, and it's the emotion of love that fuels our actions. We discuss the impact of this perspective on relationships. But we also highlight the importance of understanding that we cannot control or force others to feel love through our actions. 

We conclude by encouraging listeners to focus on being "heart smart." Fostering love not just for others but also for oneself and for God. This episode provides a fresh and empowering perspective on the nature of love, urging listeners to embrace the idea that love is a feeling, not just a verb.
