We have returned from our successful marathon travel trips and the Flying RuNR Team had some amazing results to go with it and this episode consolidates the previews and reviews of Berlin and a quick update from Chicago from Tony.

Tara smashed her previous PB on world majors at Berlin by 18 minutes, while Tony and Sharon finally synced a good day together at the Chicago Marathon and hit their target time.

Tony & Sharon now sit at Five World Majors and have locked in Tokyo for 2024 their sixth, while Tim & Tara are aiming for NYC 2024 as their fifth major.
